Repair of CR pumps

Two types of high-pressure Common Rail pumps are used in passenger cars.

The difference between them is that in one case the fuel pressure is adjusted after high pressure is generated (CP1) and in the other case before high pressure is generated (CP3).

The construction of the pump may seem a bit complicated, but fortunately, consumable spare parts are generally available and repairing the pump is not a problem. Pump initial
